Xiyan Zhang

Xiyan Zhang is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of international and U.S.-based legal experience, specializing in civil litigation, workers' compensation, international arbitration, and business law. As a member of both the California and PRC Bars, she has successfully represented multinational corporations, insurance carriers, employers, and individuals across a wide range of complex legal matters.

Xiyan currently practices at Bustamente, Gagliasso, Lynch & Foscalina in San Jose, where she advises clients in construction disputes, insurance defense, personal injury, and real estate litigation. Prior to that, she advocated for clients before the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. In China, she litigated commercial disputes at and handled multimillion-dollar cross-border investments and contract cases.
