Monica Opara

Monica Opara is a civil litigation attorney who brings a steady and diligent approach to the representation of both commercial and residential construction matters. Known for her tactful demeanor and passionate advocacy, Monica approaches each case with fresh perspective and a keen ability to navigate complex legal issues with clarity and precision.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Monica ventured beyond California to broaden her horizons—earning her undergraduate degree in Southern California before obtaining her Juris Doctor in the sunshine state of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, she assisted in Plaintiff-side matters involving the intricate and emotionally charged dynamics of misplaced children and their families. This experience greatly shaped her appreciation for the power of strong legal advocacy and continues to influence her thoughtful, client-centered approach to litigation.

Outside of the courtroom, Monica enjoys hiking the trails of Northern California, reading captivating fiction, indulging in a bit of retail therapy, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
