Robert M. GagliassoRobert M. Gagliasso is an equity shareholder of Bustamante & Gagliasso with 25 years of experience in complex construction litigation as well as contract, product liability, real estate and business litigation. Rob is an AV rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell and was recently selected as a 2019 Super Lawyer in Northern California for Construction Litigation. In addition to construction litigation, Rob has also handled numerous personal injury cases, employment class actions and general insurance defense cases. Rob provides general counsel, risk management and contract formation services to various developers and general contractors throughout California. He has negotiated over a hundred multi-million dollar settlements and has litigated cases in Northern California and Nevada, including a $500 million product liability class action case.
