Steven WheelerSteven Wheeler is a civil litigation attorney focusing on representing contractors and design professionals in all aspects of commercial and residential construction projects, including payment, contract and performance disputes; as well as real estate development and land use. Steven also represents clients in flood / landslide matters, and commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale matters. Over more than 16 years in practice, Steven has also represented clients in defective product, personal injury, and premises liability matters. In addition, while in law school and for a time after, Steven served as a special prosecutor for a South County District Attorney’s office, prosecuting criminal cases ranging from petty theft, assault and alcohol / drug cases, to murder cases.Steven is a Bay Area native, growing up in Gilroy and, following college, settling in Los Altos with his wife, and their two sons.
