Timothy Sweeney

Timothy Sweeney’s practice focuses on litigating civil disputes in both state and federal courts, including Construction, Real Estate and Business matters. Mr. Sweeney has experience in all phases of the civil litigation process, from the outset of a client’s case through trial. His experience also includes advising clients on contracts, mechanic’s liens, stop payment notices, payment bond actions, collections and construction defect matters. Mr. Sweeney has experience in resolving a multitude of civil cases, having served as mediator in the Milwaukee County Courthouse’s Small Claims Division.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Sweeney received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2014, where he also served as a member of the Marquette University Sports Law Review.

Mr. Sweeney is a member of both the California and Wisconsin state bars. Education:
