Susan K. Hutter

Susan Hutter joined the firm in 2002. Ms. Hutter's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including construction and real estate disputes and insurance coverage disputes. She successfully represents general contractors, developers, and owners in all aspects of construction defect litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage and resolving insurance disputes on primary, additional insured, and wrap policies for her clients. Ms. Hutter also has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Education:
