Bustamante & Gagliasso provides a comprehensive range of litigation and transaction services to individuals, businesses, and insurance clientele. Our firm was founded on the philosophy of producing positive results utilizing unique strategies tailored to the specific needs and economic realities of each of our clients. By staying true to this philosophy we have not only met our clients’ goals but have exceeded their expectations.

We have grown into one of Northern California’s prominent regional law firms. Focusing initially on construction defect litigation, the firm quickly established itself in the complex litigation arena. Early success led to an expansion into complex multi-party litigation, including matters relating to real estate, construction, tort, class action, and catastrophic personal injury. Our attorneys have extensive experience in employment law, family law, and civil rights and civil liberties. We also have an office in the Sacramento area to better serve our growing client base. The firm now represents clients throughout Northern and Central California, with growing opportunities for new client relationships in Southern California.

A substantial portion of our construction practice includes representation of developers and general contractors in the commercial, residential and mixed use areas, as well as specialty trade contractors, design professionals and suppliers. Our general litigation practice is also focused on the representation of automobile dealerships in claims for statutory violations (the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the Automobile Sales Finance Act, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act), misrepresentation, fraud, employment issues and personal injury claims.

Bustamante & Gagliasso brings broad understanding and expertise, both as advocates and neutrals, to mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Many of our lawyers act as private arbitrators, mediators and special masters assisting other lawyers and their clients resolve disputes.

Recognizing the opportunity to serve clients outside of the courtroom, the firm expanded its practice over the years to include transactional work and, most notably, serving as personal counsel to construction companies, automobile dealerships and other businesses. As our practice continues to grow, our numbers grow as well. But, we remain focused on the philosophy upon which the firm was founded. That philosophy, along with the commitment to provide quality service with a personal touch, makes Bustamante & Gagliasso the successful law firm it is today.
