Bustamante O’Hara Gagliasso is a San Jose, California based law firm serving individual, business, and insurance clientele in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. The firm was founded upon the philosophy of producing positive results utilizing strategies tailored to the specific needs and economic relaities of each client. By staying true to this philosophy for over 15 years, we have not only met our clients’ goals but have exceeded their expectations.

Since opening our doors in 1994, we have grown into one of Northern California’s prominent regional law firms. Focusing initially on construction defect litigation, the firm quickly established itself in the complex litigation arena. Early success led to an expansion into multi-party tort claims and class action lawsuits. In 1997, we added an office in Sacramento to better serve our growing client base. The firm now represents clients throughout Northern and Central California, with growing opportunities for new client relationships in Southern California.

Recognizing the opportunity to serve clients outside of the courtroom, the firm expanded its practice over the years to include real estate transactional work and, most notably, serving as personal counsel to construction companies, automobile dealerships and other businesses. As our practice continues to grow, our numbers grow as well. We remain focused, however, on the philosophy the firm was founded upon. That philosophy, along with the commitment to provide quality service with a personal touch, makes Bustamante O’Hara Gagliasso the successful law firm it is today.
